Meridian Mill House's Durham Top is a blend of 80% Shaniko Wool/20% Mulberry Silk fiber. Blended well (3 times) in our prep line, the natural fiber is easy to draft and spin, but still shows enough of the silk to see a beautiful contrast when dyed.

Shaniko Wool is 20.4 micron and completely traceable American-branded wool. It is grown, sheared, scoured, and combed in the US.
