Risk of Loss

We urge our customers to request Signature Confirmation in Person on all orders, which means that your order will not be delivered unless you sign for it.  Please know that Meridian Mill House cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the address, but not received.  When you place an order with Meridian Mill House, by submitting payment you acknowledge that your order will be shipped by a third-party carrier and that when we deliver your order to the carrier, the risk of loss of your merchandise passes to you alone.
