Our Line of Stellina

Our latest fiber blend to join the family of Stellina is Island of Lights Top. We had a request for Stellina with Non-Superwash Wool. The choice was clear to create this fiber blend of 80% US Merino Wool and 20% Stellina. The micron of wool is 21.5. 

Little Switzerland Top is our original version with Superwash Shaniko Wool. Shaniko is a fully traceable and certified responsibly produced wool. If you missed our interview with Jeanne Carver, owner of Shaniko Wool Company (TM) you may find it here. 

We have Little Switzerland yarns available in Fingering and Sport. Both of the yarns are the perfect bouncy 3 ply. The Fingering weight is 400 yards/100 grams. The Sport weight is 316 yards/100 grams. Most shiny yarns have around 5% of shimmer, but why have 5% sparkle when you can have 20%?
